The Atesh guerrilla movement reported the information.
Specifically, Atesh agents tracked the movement of a Palantin electronic warfare (EW) convoy consisting of seven mobile systems.
According to guerrilla reports, Russia is compelled to move these systems toward the Ukrainian border to counter the increasing number of drone strikes.
Atesh explained that the Palantin is an operational-tactical level electronic warfare complex. The system conducts electronic reconnaissance and disrupts both current and advanced enemy communication systems.
