In Germany, man attacks Ukrainian children, throws 10-year-old boy off bridge
In the German city of Einbeck, an unknown man attacked children who spoke Ukrainian: first he ordered them to speak Russian, and then he threw a 10-year-old boy off a bridge
This was reported by the press service of the Göttingen Prosecutor's Office.
It is noted that the man attacked the children at about 6:40 p.m. on August 26 on the Reinserturmweg bridge in Einbeck.
"According to the police investigation, several Ukrainian children were in the area of the bridge when an as yet unidentified man complained that the children were speaking Ukrainian. He ordered them to speak Russian. Then he said that Ukraine had started a war," the statement reads.
According to preliminary data, the man then pulled one of the girls by the hair, and grabbed the 10-year-old boy and threw him over the bridge railing into the canal. Falling, the child hit the iron beams of the bridge, the boy sustained injuries to his head and left leg.
"When the boy was lying in the canal, an unknown attacker allegedly threw a glass bottle at him, which hit the victim's right shoulder. After that, the unknown person fled the scene," the prosecutor's office added.
The investigation is currently underway.

After he found out that the women were from Ukraine, the man started swearing and then attacked them with his fists. Criminal proceedings have been initiated.
