If allies give necessary tools, Ukrainians will finish job – Sunak
British Prime Minister Rishi Sunak has called on international allies to provide Ukraine with everything it needs to "finish the job"
Sky News quoted him as saying.
In particular, Sunak said in his speech at the Conservative Party conference that the UK is a world leader in supporting Ukraine.
In addition, the British prime minister emphasized that his country was the first to send Western battle tanks to Ukraine. In particular, they were followed by "more than 10 others". According to Sunak, the UK was also the first to send long-range weapons, followed by France and the United States, and agreed to train Ukrainian pilots.
"I say this to our allies, if we give President Zelenskyy the tools, the Ukrainians will finish the job."
He finished the section of his speech with a rallying cry in Ukrainian: "Slava Ukraini!"
