Half of Kyiv’s housing stock operates in emergency power outage mode

"Emergency power outages have been implemented in Kyiv according to the instructions of the Ukrenergo NPC. Outage schedules are temporarily suspended until the situation is stabilized," the message reads.

The Kyiv City Military Administration emphasizes that 50% of the city's housing stock operates in emergency power outage mode.

"Water supply in Kyiv has been fully restored. However, some consumers may still experience low water pressure, especially on the upper floors of high-rise buildings with no electricity supply. We expect the situation to stabilize in the near future," the message says.

The city's heat supply is also being restored. Emergency teams work in enhanced mode.

The Kyiv City Military Administration also commented on mobile connection.

"The functioning of all mobile operators’ networks directly depends on the electricity supply. As soon as the energy system stabilizes, the connection will reappear in all districts of Kyiv," the message says.
