"Free the Leopards": rally in Berlin demanding to provide tanks to Ukraine
On January 20, Ukrainians and local supporters of the country has taken to the streets of Berlin to demand that the German government provide tanks to Ukraine

The demonstration took place near the Chancellor's Office and the Bundestag. It was organized by the Vitsche society of Ukrainian youth in Germany.
The protesters held placards with the inscription "Free the Leopards" and demanded the transfer of tanks to the Ukrainian army.
Germany is currently facing growing pressure to provide tanks to Kyiv, but at the latest Ramstein talks, Germany has not yet committed to do so.
At the same time, the country is also under pressure to allow other Western allies to provide Ukraine with their own Leopard tanks.

At the Ramstein meeting, the participants did not agree on the supply of Leopard 2 tanks to Ukraine. At the same time, the German government has no objection to Poland sending Leopard tanks to Ukraine.
