16 diplomatic missions returned to Kyiv, 866 explosive devices were neutralized in the capital, - head of regional administration Chairman Zhirnov

"Currently, there are figures for  return of 16 diplomatic missions. And every day we hear from representatives of various countries, including  United States and United Kingdom, that they also plan to return and resume their work," Zhirnov said.

Head of regional military administration added that  return of the embassies means that there is no immediate threat of capturing the capital.

"Bilateral cooperation with  countries is important, conclusion of agreements, contracts and ambassadors must be in place. For Kyiv residents, this is a good signal that life in the capital is resuming," he said.

At the same time, Zhirnov said that threat of missile strikes persists as long as the country is in the war.

"Since April 11,  air raid in capital has sounded 36 times. It is important to understand that dismantling debris is a long and difficult process. perform a large amount of work, in addition, they accept calls around  clock and respond to them quickly, "- added  head Kyiv military administration. 

He said that situation with dismantling of debris is under control.

"We have enough forces of public utilities and SES. We call on all volunteers and those who live nearby and can help utilities and rescuers.
