Wounded are operated on in dungeons: Azov fighters showed a military hospital at the Azovstal plant

Photos were posted on Facebook by Artem Shevchenko, a spokesman for  Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine.

"Azov" - defenders of Mariupol sent me and asked to publish several photos of  military hospital in Azovstal: this is how wounded soldiers are operated on in dungeons of the plant. And although I serve in  Armed Forces of Ukraine, and therefore I cannot be as active in media or social networks as before, I comply with their request, "Shevchenko wrote.

Shevchenko also spoke about his acquaintance with the plant and peculiarities of enterprise, thanks to which Azov fighters are able to continue their confrontation with  occupiers.

"It so happened that just before the new year 2022, while shooting a film about  liberation and defense of the city called #MariupolMistoneskorenykh, I was with cameraman Pavel Popkov and director Tanya Tereshchenko at Azovstal, filmed there and recorded a detailed interview with its director Enver Zkiti. He spoke at length and fascinatingly about his metallurgical plant, role of enterprises, its leaders and teams in stopping  "Russian Spring" in 2014, and the fact that plant is a kind of city within a city. still in conditions where no one has fought since World War II. And only now the name of metallurgical plant fully corresponds to reality: Azov steel - this is current destroyed, but unconquered and unbreakable Azovstal. Whatever the fate of those in photo, they have already carved their steel names in the history of Ukraine and the world fighting tyranny.
