U.S. announces $275 million military aid package for Ukraine
On November 20, the United States announced a new $275 million military aid package for Ukraine, marking the 70th tranche of U.S. support

The package includes ammunition for missile systems, artillery, and anti-tank weapons.
Specific items in the package are:
- ammunition for High Mobility Artillery Rocket Systems (HIMARS);
- 155mm and 105mm artillery ammunition;
- 60mm and 81mm mortar rounds;
- unmanned aerial systems;
- tube-launched, optically tracked, wire-guided (TOW) missiles;
- Javelin and AT-4 anti-armor systems;
- small arms and ammunition;
- demolitions equipment and munitions;
- chemical, biological, radiological, nuclear protective equipment;
- spare parts, ancillary equipment, services, training, and transportation.
The Pentagon added that the U.S. will continue to collaborate with about 50 allies, including the Ramstein Contact Group, to ensure Ukraine's military needs are met on the front lines.
- Earlier today, it was reported that in the new U.S. military aid package, Ukraine would receive HIMARS systems, 155mm and 105mm artillery shells, Javelin anti-tank munitions, as well as other equipment and spare parts.
