Ukraine ready to order it's armed forces to hit legitimate Russian military targets on Russian soil 

The Secretary of the National Security Council announced this on the air of a nationwide telethon.

"As for the will, we have it. This will saved us on February 24. And if necessary, believe me, no one's hand will hesitate to sign what needs to be signed in order for those objects that you speak of have been destroyed. Most of all, our president's statement that we will respond precisely to the territories where it comes from is a clear confirmation of this", the NSDC secretary said. 

Danilov noted that the National Security and Defense Council knows where all the rocket attacks on Ukrainian territory were launched from.

According to the head of the National Security Council, 74% of Russian hits have nothing to do with the military sphere, they are hits on civilian infrastructure.
