Locals are being forcibly evacuated from three communities in Donetsk region
Vadym Filashkin, head of the Donetsk Regional Military Administration, says that over 70,000 civilians and 2,100 children live along the front line in the region
He said this on Espreso TV.
"The evacuation of civilians in the Donetsk region does not stop. Since the beginning of Russia's full-scale invasion, we have been working in this area. Today, over 70,000 people and 2,100 children live along the front line. Forced evacuations are currently underway in the Toretsk, Ocheretyne, and Marinka communities," he said.
Filashkin also noted that all authorities and law enforcement agencies, together with the State Emergency Service, continue to evacuate people from frontline towns and villages.
"There are two people in the town of Zoriane of the Marinka community now. I hope that tomorrow we will take them out. This area of work is under constant control. The authorities, the police, and the State Emergency Service are constantly talking to these people. We are doing everything to protect and help our people," he added.
