This was announced by the head of the Luhansk Regional Military Administration Serhiy Haidai on the air of Espreso channel.
"They have quite a powerful demoralization because the newly mobilized are simply abandoned by platoons and forgotten about them," said Haidai.
According to him, Russian forces are very often abandoned by commanders on the battlefield, and freshly mobilized invaders are captured or killed because they are inexperienced military personnel.
