Is Putin getting tired?

There are some interesting and absurd developments taking place within the Russian elite

One of the public figures (not a very important one – those are waiting quietly behind the scenes), an international criminal named Prigozhin, publicly criticized the Russian Defense Minister and the head of the Russian General Staff. The Chechen cutthroat Kadyrov acted as a mediator and called for restraint (while also praising Putin's restraint). And Putin is silent!

In other words, the system of elite agreement in Russia appears to have broken down. The elites are no longer adhering to the unspoken rule of not taking their disputes public until after the 2024 elections. This has led to a loss of confidence in the regime's basis, which is founded on the loyalty of the elites. Furthermore, many Russians suspect that the reason for this breakdown is internal criminal disputes for the right to spend the military budget.

Once again, Russian oligarchic-criminal-FSB groups are calmly setting out to destroy the foundations of the regime and statehood. This is according to the "informed" part of Russian experts who believe these are the reasons behind Prigozhin's strange public appearances.

The question is, where is Putin's silence in all of this? Has he grown tired and removed himself from the game of thrones? Or is his silence a simulacrum that is no longer even given the pretense of attention?

Well, an interesting point: the role of the "mad dog" belongs to Prigozhin (who, in case of immediate danger, can always simply flee to Africa), and the role of the tamer and "the most conscious politician, mediator, compromising figure" belongs to the cutthroat Kadyrov. Kadyrov, who praises Putin for his silence. Kadyrov, who has treated Putin like a children’s animator to take pictures for his youngest son's birthday and wedding and reward him with something amusing, since the child has grown up.

“It appears that someone has proposed a paradoxical and abusive idea of making Kadyrov, (who has been beheading Russians since he was 16), the heir to the throne. It is unclear whether the size of the "inherited kingdom" matters; whether the Russian Federation will remain whole or be dismembered, leaving the heir with a smaller territory like Muscovy”

It appears that someone has proposed a paradoxical and abusive idea of making Kadyrov, (who has been beheading Russians since he was 16), the heir to the throne. It is unclear whether the size of the "inherited kingdom" matters; whether the Russian Federation will remain whole or be dismembered, leaving the heir with a smaller territory like Muscovy. Kadyrov, however, seems to be preparing for any possibility. He may just be a frontman, allowing oligarchic power groups to operate discreetly behind him.

In summary, it appears that the empire has not yet fully deteriorated into a corpse, but already, parasites have begun to feed on it.
