Germany sends Leopard 2 tanks to Ukraine soon
Poland is convinced that Germany will soon approve sending Leopard to Ukraine
This was stated by the Prime Minister of Poland, Mateusz Morawiecki, Bloomberg publication reports.
Poland intends to deliver a "company" of German-made Leopard 2 tanks to Ukraine. However, such a decision requires the approval of Berlin, which the Polish government constantly criticizes for the slowness of supporting Ukraine with heavy weapons.
"We need to have consent from Germany... But I cannot imagine that this approval will not be given quickly," said Moravetskyi.
Bloomberg, citing two officials, writes that Germany is going to make a decision on transferring tanks to Ukraine this week.
