Zelenskyy establishes military administrations in Severodonetsk, two other temporarily occupied cities
Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy has established military administrations in Severodonetsk, Popasna and Hirske

“I hereby decree to establish the following military-civilian administrations of settlements in the Luhansk region on the basis of the Decree of the President of Ukraine of February 19, 2021, № 62/2021 "On the Establishment and Reorganization of Military-Civilian Administrations in the Luhansk Region": Hirske, Popasna and Severodonetsk,” the decree says.
The powers of the respective military-civilian administrations of settlements are terminated from the day the respective military administration begins to exercise its powers.
The decree comes into force on the date of its publication – March 24, 2023.

On March 24, the General Staff reported that the invading forces in the temporarily occupied territory of the Luhansk region restricted the movement of local residents, and the Armed Forces repelled over 38 enemy attacks over the course of a day.
