Woman dies from gunfire while crossing Dnipro River

This was reported by the Kherson City Council.

According to the Kherson city council, the tragedy occurred when the couple tried to move from the temporarily occupied left part of Kherson along the Dnipro River to the right bank of the city.

"On December 4, a 65-year-old woman who was crossing the Dnipro River with her husband on a boat, leaving a cottage in the Hola Prystan district, was wounded by gunfire," the report reads.

The civil protection department of Kherson notes that the woman died as a result of the injury; her husband was not injured.
