At 2:21 a.m., an explosion occurred in Kyiv, Suspilne reports. Fifteen minutes earlier, an air raid alert was announced in the capital. At 2:58 a.m., another explosion was heard in Kyiv.

At 3:57 a.m., the acting head of the Kyiv Regional Military Administration Mykola Kalashnyk said that a 9-story residential building was damaged in one of the towns of the Kyiv region.

According to him, the balconies of the 4th-8th floors were destroyed, window frames were smashed. In addition, the ceiling of a stairwell was destroyed in one of the entrances.

“All operational services are on site. We are inspecting the entrances and dismantling the damaged structures. The new building is partially inhabited. No information about the casualties has been received,” the statement said.

Kalashnyk added that in another area of Kyiv region, a fire broke out at a manufacturing plant on an area of 600 square meters due to the fall of wreckage from a Russian drone. The fire has already been extinguished.

According to the Kyiv regional police, three multi-storey buildings, including 18 apartments, were damaged in two districts. Also, 13 cars were damaged. In addition, an enterprise caught fire, which was extinguished by the State Emergency Service.

“Unfortunately, a 5-year-old child was injured. She was hospitalized. At present, the child's life and health are not in danger,” said law enforcement officials.

According to the State Emergency Service of Ukraine in Kyiv region, the enemy attack partially destroyed a 9-storey apartment building in Vyshneve.

On the ground, the rescuers found that the balconies from the 5th to the 9th floors were destroyed.
