Ukrainian air defense forces shoot down 2 guided missiles and 46 UAVs

It is noted that the Russian aggressor launched missiles from the airspace from the Black Sea, and UAVs of the Shahed type and various types of imitators from the directions of: Orel, Kursk, Bryansk, Millerovo, Primorsko-Akhtarsk - Russia.
Air defense forces, electronic warfare units, and mobile fire groups of the Ukrainian Air Force and Defense Forces repelled the air attack.
“As of 9:30 a.m., two Kh-59/69 guided missiles and 46 Shahed-type strike UAVs and other types of drones were confirmed downed in Odesa, Kharkiv, Poltava, Sumy, Kyiv, Cherkasy, Donetsk, Zaporizhzhia, Dnipropetrovsk, Khmelnytskyi, and Kirovohrad regions,” the statement said.
The Air Force also noted that 15 Russian imitator drones were lost locally (without negative consequences).
- On the evening of January 24, the Russian army launched attack drones into Ukraine. A multi-storey building was damaged in one of the settlements of Kyiv region, and there are power outages in Cherkasy region.
