He said this during a telethon.

"I had a conversation with the Minister of Energy of Lithuania. They offered to use their thermal power plants, which are closed. They offered to use them as donors, which means that we can disassemble them and get the spare parts we need," Halushchenko said.

The minister also noted that many other countries provide technical assistance to Ukraine.

At the same time, he emphasized that the best defense is to strengthen Ukraine's air defense system.

Ukrainian hackers destroy a Russian data center used by the Russian military-industrial complex

Ukrainian hackers allegedly linked to the Security Service have destroyed a data center used by the Russian military-industrial complex, as well as the oil and gas and telecommunications sectors.

An informed source told Interfax-Ukraine.

"It was a joint operation of the Ukrainian hacker group BLACKJACK and the SBU Cyber Department. They destroyed more than 300 TB of data. These are 400 virtual and 42 physical servers that hosted internal documentation, backups and other programs that allowed customers to remotely control production processes at enterprises," the source said.

He also noted that these are Russian companies such as Lukoil, Rosneft, the Ural Civil Aviation Plant, Rubin Research and Production Enterprise, which is part of the Rosselectronics holding, the Ural Special Equipment Plant, Gazprom, Transgaz, Norilsk Nickel, Rostelecom, Telecom, and Megafon.

"More than 10,000 legal entities, including companies in the Russian military-industrial complex, oil and gas, metallurgy, aerospace, and telecommunications giants, have stored their data in the OwenCloud.ru cloud service," the news agency's source emphasizes.

A Russian missile ship, the Serpukhov, was on fire in the Kaliningrad region, the westernmost region of Russia. The fire caused significant damage to the ship, according to Kyiv Post sources in the security services. The fire was caused by arson.

"It (the ship - ed.) is not well. It just burned down on the job," our source told us.

When asked about the number of victims, the source said that it was being clarified.

"But the repairs will take a long time," he added.

The Kyiv Post's source also said that the missile carrier was on fire at the Baltiysk naval base in the Kaliningrad region of Russia on Sunday, April 7.

"The Serpukhov is a small missile ship of the 21631 Buyan-M project (the fifth ship in the series). Until the end of 2016, it was part of the Black Sea Fleet. Since 2017, it has been part of the Baltic Fleet. The ship is equipped with a 3C14 vertical launcher for 8 Oniks cruise missiles, and in the future 3M22 Zircon and Kalibr.
