This is reported by the Russian mass media.
According to Peskov, the accusations of the Russian military in mass killings of civilians in Izyum in Kharkiv region are allegedly baseless and based on the same "scenario" as in Bucha in Kyiv region, where Russian occupiers tortured hundreds of civilians in the spring.
"You know, this is the same scenario as in Bucha. Everything is developing according to one scenario. It's a lie, it's a lie. And, of course, we will defend the truth in this whole story," Peskov said.
