There are Russian recruits in training centers about 120 km from Ukraine's Sumy region
Dmytro Zhivytskyi, the head of Sumy Military Administration in Ukraine shared the update on Telegram.
"The situation is as follows: in the regions of Russia bordering the Sumy region, at a distance of about 120 km from the border with Ukraine, there are indeed Russian recruits," wrote Zhivytskyi.
He emphasized that the mobilized troops are in training centers.
"Which direction will they be transferred to - that is not yet clear. Will it be Sumy? Not certain," added Zhivytskyi.
Currently there are no strike groups or additional accumulation of Russian troops near the borders of Sumy region.
