Ukrainian army's control of Russia's Kursk region weakens Putin - UK Defense Secretary
The Ukrainian Defense Forces' operation in the Russia's Kursk region has put some pressure on dictator Vladimir Putin
This was stated by British Defense Secretary John Healey, the government's press service reports.
“Ukrainians need to strengthen their frontline in the east and they will look to hold the territory in Kursk. The longer they hold Kursk, the weaker Putin becomes. The longer they hold Kursk, the better defended Ukraine will be,” the minister said.
He believes that the defense of Ukraine begins with the defense of the UK.
“ If big nations redraw international boundaries by force, the sovereignty and security of all nations is undermined...If Ukraine is not free, the world will not be safe,” Healey said.
