Poland deploys additional military force to Belarus border
Poland has deployed additional military forces to the border with Belarus, including over 1,000 troops and about 200 pieces of military equipment
Polish Defense Minister Mariusz Błaszczak reported the information on Twitter.
"Over 1,000 soldiers and nearly 200 pieces of equipment from the 12th and 17th Mechanized Brigades are moving to the east of the country as part of Operation Safe Podlasie. This is a demonstration of our readiness to respond to attempts to destabilize our country's border," he wrote.
