Borrell wrote about this on Twitter.
"The Zaporizhzhia nuclear power plant cannot be used as part of any military operation. I support the call for the demilitarization of the territory, starting with the complete withdrawal of Russian troops, and I call on the IAEA to visit the nuclear plant", he wrote.
In addition, he emphasized that the Russian Federation should "immediately return full control (over the station - Ed.) to the legitimate sovereign owner Ukraine".
