Belarusian military already consider how to surrender in case of war

"The Belarusians are pulling the Ukrainian military away. The Armed Forces of Ukraine are forced to keep 15,000 to 17,000 troops in the Belarusian direction, taking them away from other important frontline areas. According to the founder of the White Legion, the Criminal Code of Belarus has an article on deliberate defection.
"The Belarusian military is already considering how to surrender if they are forced to fight," added Bulba.
