Belarusian Defense Ministry announces aviation drills "with special ammunition"
The Belarusian Ministry of Defense reported on the continuation of the military exercises: the use of "special ammunition" was involved as part of drills
The Belarusian Ministry of Defense reported this on Telegram.
The ministry's press service said that Belarus had completed training of air force flight and engineering personnel on Su-25 fighters, and that the training was allegedly conducted by Russian instructors.
"This (training - ed.) allowed not only to improve the practical skills of the flight crew, but also to master new ways of using modern aviation weapons, including special ammunition," the statement said.
The Defense Ministry also said that these skills will be used to "ensure the military security of the Union State."

Earlier, the General Staff reported that some military formations and units of Belarus were brought to the highest levels of combat readiness, and the units involved in the inspection were being manned by conscripting military reservists.
