Team leader Taras Topolya stated this in an interview with Radio Liberty on December 24, 2022.
"This will essentially allow for 4,000-5,000 dollars to destroy equipment worth millions. Any equipment having clearance (distance from the surface of the earth to the lowest point of the central part of the vehicle - ed.) higher than 30 cm," he noted.
According to him, the new development is currently being tested.
"The first non-battlefield tests of this thing have already taken place. The time is getting closer when it will be used in combat. I really hope that everything will be effective... And I hope that there will be some good news at the beginning of next year,” emphasized Topolya.
