Attack on Kyiv region

At 3:50 a.m., Acting Head of the Kyiv Regional Military Administration, Mykola Kalashnyk, reported that debris from a downed target caused a fire in a 10-story residential building in one of the region's settlements, affecting several apartments. Damage to the facade on the 6th to 9th floors was recorded.

"All emergency services are on-site. Residents of the building have been evacuated. In another settlement, a fire broke out in a private two-story house, covering an area of 120 square meters," Kalashnyk stated.

By 5 a.m., Mykola Kalashnyk confirmed that two people had died as a result of the Russian UAV attack on the Kyiv region.

"One deceased person was found at the fire in the private house caused by falling debris from the downed target. The fire has now been extinguished. The second victim is a 36-year-old man in another settlement where the 10-story residential building was damaged," he noted.

According to Kalashnyk, two more people sought medical assistance after the fire. A 26-year-old man sustained superficial burns to his upper respiratory tract, while a 38-year-old woman experienced an acute stress reaction.

"The list of those affected by the attack is being clarified, and all necessary medical assistance is being provided. The fire has been extinguished. A resilience center is now operating near the damaged apartment building in a nearby school for residents. A tent with water and hot drinks has also been set up, and psychologists are working with the affected individuals," he added.

At 7:40 a.m., the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine reported that the death toll from the Russian attack had risen to three.

"Damage to one apartment building has been recorded. Additionally, in another area of the region, eight private homes, three vehicles, a shop, an outbuilding, and a fence were damaged," the statement read.

According to the State Emergency Service of Ukraine, in the Fastiv district, a man born in 1988 died after UAV debris struck a 10-story residential building.

In Brovary, UAV debris destroyed a residential house, killing a couple: a man born in 1966 and his wife born in 1965.
