Zelenskyy warns Moscow against attempts to blow up Kakhovska HPP
President Volodymyr Zelensky warned Russia against attempts to blow up the Kakhovska HPP and stated that the attack would mean a declaration of war to the whole world.

"And now I want to once again pointedly warn anyone in Moscow who makes the relevant decisions: any attempt to blow up the Kakhovska hydroelectric power plant, flood our territory and dehydrate the Zaporizhzhia nuclear power plant will mean that you are declaring war on the whole world. Think about the consequences,” said the President.
