You are being lied to: Zelenskyy appeals to Russia's indigenous peoples
Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy has appealed to the peoples of the Caucasus, Siberia, and the indigenous peoples of other lands, whom Russia is mobilizing for war in Ukraine
This is stated in a video message published on Zelenskyy's official Telegram channel.
The President of Ukraine reported on the losses of the invading Russian forces in Ukraine: "Already 58,500 Russian soldiers have been killed in Ukraine. They came to kill us and were killed themselves. You are not told this number. You are being lied to that about 6,000 were allegedly killed. 58.5! That's the truth. They all died because one person wanted this war. Only one. Whom many people serve."
"All peoples on the territory of Russia! You have no reason to be among these many who still serve the one who wants this war. You should not die in Ukraine. Your sons should not die in Ukraine. You have no such obligation. Not before your parents, not before your children, not before your future, not before the future of your land. And you know this," Zelenskyy said. "We see that you are resisting the criminal mobilization with which the Russian authorities want to cover up their failure. The failure of their personnel army and criminal orders. You are being lied to that there are allegedly no such failures."
"Fight not to die! Defend your freedom now in the streets and squares, so that later you don't have to fight in the mountains and forests simply for your right to live, when the Russian authorities start the next waves of mobilization," the Ukrainian president urged.
