If Ukraine is in NATO, then US should be out of it: foreign fakes and manipulations for March 11
Ukrainian Center for Countering Disinformation has published a selection of fakes and manipulations that foreign media produced on March 11
This is reported by Espreso.TV.
According to the National Security and Defense Council's Center for Countering Disinformation, on March 11, foreign media launched two fakes and one manipulation.
Disinformation: British political activist George Galloway said: “Washington declared war on the bodies of dead Ukrainians, a proxy war against Russia. They did not hide their military goals. They wanted to change the regime in Moscow. They wanted to destroy Russia.”
Manipulation: The American Conservative wrote: "Putin continues to warn us that Ukraine in NATO could be the match that ignites World War III... If Ukraine is in NATO, the United States should be out, plain and simple.”
Disinformation: "Zelensky is desperate. Not desperate to end this War, not desperate to save his people, not desperate to seek a just Peace. He's desperate to perpetuate the conflict that conceals his corruption, his vast illicit wealth, and his absolute grip on power," Irish journalist Chay Bowes wrote on X.
- On March 11, Russian propaganda spread yet another fake story that the Alliance was allegedly preparing for a desperate move due to the defeat of the Ukrainian Armed Forces.
