“We didn't choose war, but we have enough strength to defeat the enemy” - Zaluzhnyi
The Commander-in-Chief of Ukraine's Armed Forces, Valerii Zaluzhnyi, has congratulated Ukrainian defenders and their relatives on the New Year and assured that Ukraine will have enough power to conquer the enemy
He posted his congratulations on Telegram.
“We did not choose war. But we accepted the fight. And God is on our side. Hard trials, pain and suffering are on our shoulders and the shoulders of our relatives. This Christmas has the taste of tears and the color of blood. However, we have enough strength to defeat the enemy,” Zaluzhnyi emphasized in his video address.
He also noted that a nation is born in the struggle, and the victory of Ukraine will be the beginning of the prosperity of the state and the end for Russia.
“All those who are in the military ranks, who now hold our positions. Relatives and friends of our defenders. All who pray, believe, help Ukraine's Armed Forces. Happy New Year and Christmas to everyone who stands against world evil together with us!” Zaluzhnyi said on Telegram.
