Ukraine’s counteroffensive, NATO access, and negotiations in China regarding Ukraine: Kuleba meets with Blinken in London
At a meeting with US Secretary of State Antony Blinken in London, Foreign Minister Dmytro Kuleba discussed strengthening Ukraine's counteroffensive capabilities, the NATO summit in Vilnius, and support for the Ukrainian peace formula
Kuleba announced this on Twitter.
"In London, I met with Antony Blinken and thanked the US for its support," the minister wrote.
The Foreign Ministry's leader clarified that during the meeting, they discussed the next steps to make Ukraine stronger in its defense, getting ready for the practical outcomes of the Vilnius summit concerning Ukraine's potential NATO membership, and the increasing global support for the Peace Formula.
As per Matthew Miller, a spokesperson for the US State Department, Blinken briefed Kuleba about his meetings in Beijing and talks with Chinese officials about Russia's invasion of Ukraine, CNN reports.
During the meeting with Kuleba, Blinken emphasized the United States' support for Ukraine's economic recovery and the importance of ongoing close cooperation through the Multi-agency Donor Coordination Platform for Ukraine, Miller added.
An international conference on Ukraine's reconstruction is scheduled for June 21-22 in London. This conference will identify the most important tasks, medium-term goals, and future plans for post-war reconstruction and modernization of the country.

It's worth mentioning that Great Britain has prepared a draft law to maintain sanctions against Russia until reparations are paid to Ukraine, which are necessary for post-war reconstruction.
