Training sessions for conscripts begin in Belarus

Training sessions are scheduled to take place from May 11 to June 2 in Gomel, the Mozyr district, and the Lenin district of Minsk to recruit territorial defense management bodies and military units of territorial troops among conscripts.

The message notes that the conscripts will participate in command and staff exercises led by the deputy heads of the Gomel regional and Minsk city executive committees during the final stage of the meeting.

Additionally, the units of territorial troops will be tasked with protecting life support facilities and ensuring public order on the streets of cities in collaboration with the personnel of internal affairs bodies during the exercises, as stated by the agency.
