In violation of international humanitarian law, the occupiers are shelling civilians, "green corridors", taking women and children hostage, placing equipment, ammunition in residential areas of cities, artificially creating a humanitarian crisis in the occupied settlements.

"Yes, the city of Irpin remains deprived of light, water and heat for more than three days, there is no supply of food and water, the occupiers forbade citizens to leave their homes," the General Staff of the Armed Forces said.

In addition, the Russians are filming stage reports for Russian television about the alleged humanity of the occupiers, and on social media they are distributing first-person content that negatively covers the activities of the Ukrainian military.

"The Group of the Defense Forces of Ukraine is carrying out a defensive operation in all directions of the enemy's advance. The enemy continues to suffer heavy losses in manpower, ground equipment and means of air attack. He surrenders," the General Staff said.
