The Mayor of Melitopol, Ivan Fedorov, reported that the Russian invaders are illegally detaining 4,000 people at the checkpoint in Vasylivka

Fedorov notes that in 2.5 weeks, only 200 cars, out of thousands of those who want to leave the temporarily occupied territories, were allowed to enter the territory controlled by Ukraine. He noted that people simply return to their occupied homes due to fatigue.
"People in despair, day and night in cars, in the cold, without normal food, with children, old parents are simply tired of waiting and turn to the occupied house. In the hope that soon it will still be possible to leave the hated "Russian peace", - he wrote.
