As Kozytskyi added, as of 3:50 p.m. no information about the victims had been received.
"Currently, 1.5 million people in the Yavoriv, Lviv, and Chervonohrad districts are without electricity. Due to a missile attack on an energy facility in the region, emergency power outages are being used. Planned outage schedules are not in effect," said the head of the Lviv Regional Military Administration .
According to him, power engineers have gone to the site of the impact and are working to return to work the area bypassing this substation.
"If it is not possible to quickly restore power, in the affected settlements, Points of Invincibility will be deployed, where it will be possible to warm up, drink warm tea, eat something hot and call relatives. The addresses of these points will be notified by local self-government bodies," added Kozytskyi.
