Russian forces plan to completely "evacuate" civilians in Luhansk region - General Staff
In the temporarily occupied Luhansk region, the invading Russian forces plan to completely "evacuate" civilians from Kreminna, Severodonetsk and Rubizhne deep into the seized territories
The Ukrainian Armed Forces' General Staff reported this.
“Due to the difficult humanitarian situation in the Luhansk region, the occupiers plan to carry out a complete "evacuation" of the civilian population from the settlements of Kreminna, Severodonetsk and Rubizhne,” the press service writes.
It is reported that the civilian population is planned to be resettled deep in the temporarily occupied territories.
Russian forces also launched a propaganda TV channel in the temporarily occupied city of Mariupol, which will later operate around the clock.
“The occupying authorities, instead of providing the minimum household needs of the population, are expanding the coverage area of propaganda sources. Thus, according to available information, the occupiers are launching the Mariupol-24 TV channel. It is planned to introduce 24-hour broadcasting within a month,” the General Staff explained.
