Russia is preparing new strikes on Ukraine - Zelenskyy

"The week that is starting can be as difficult as the one that has passed. Our defense forces are preparing. Our entire state is preparing. We are working out all scenarios, in particular with our partners," he emphasized.

According to him, as of today, only stabilization schedules are in effect in most of the country's regions. The situation is under the control of energy workers.

"I thank you for these thousands of people who are working around the clock throughout our state to restore power, water supply, heat and connection to all of us. I thank all the employees of energy companies, communal services, repair crews, regional authorities, and leaders of local communities who helped. I would also like to thank the businesses that participated," the president emphasized.

In addition, Zelenskyy also urged citizens to help each other, and especially low-income people.

"All together and helping each other, we will overcome this challenge of war - this winter, this Russia's attempt to use the cold against people," he added.
