Only difference between mass murders in Izyum and Bucha is that bodies are not scattered on street - Zelenskyy
Volodymyr Zelenskyy reminded the world that the exhumation of the bodies of people killed by Russian forces and buried in 445 graves is ongoing in Izyum, Ukraine
The President of Ukraine stated this during his speech at the 77th UN General Assembly.
"The bodies of women and men, children and adults, civilians and soldiers were found there. 445 graves. There is a family that died under the rubble of a house after a Russian airstrike: father, mother, six- and eight-year-old girls, grandmother and grandfather. There is a man who was strangled with a rope. There is a woman with broken ribs and wounds on her body. There is a man who was castrated before the murder, and this is far from the first such fact," Zelenskyy emphasizes.
He asks to ask the representatives of Russia why their military has such a desire for castration and what is wrong with them themselves that they commit such atrocities.
"The only thing that differs the mass burial in Izyum from what the world saw in Buch is the actual burial. The Russian army was in Izyum for a longer time, and therefore the bodies of the killed were buried, and not scattered on the streets," the president adds.
