The inscription "Lisa, forgive us" was placed on the shield of the non-functioning ATM. A falling rocket was drawn nearby. A glass with a flower was placed on the ledge.
"A large number of people pass through Velyka Morska Street, where an improvised memorial was set up, during the day. It is the central transport artery of Sevastopol", the newspaper reports.
