Iran does not plan to give its military technologies to Lukashenko
Belarusian journalist Zmitser Lukashuk believes that Tehran does not trust Lukashenko and Putin
He said this on Espreso TV.
"There have never been close relations between official Minsk and Tehran. There were several attempts to establish relations. They tried to open enterprises and engage in construction but it all ended in scandals and decreased to a minimum level," Lukashuk explained.
According to the journalist, there can be no cooperation between Minsk and Tehran in the military-industrial complex.
"In Iran, Lukashenko is not perceived as an independent political entity. He is perceived as a servant of the Kremlin. He came to Iran not as a representative of an independent state, but as a messenger from the Kremlin. Iran supplies drones to Russia, but it does so cautiously. Because it does not trust Russia. Iran does not transfer technology to Russia, does not transfer weapons, such as missiles. Iran has the same distrust in Lukashenko as it does in the Kremlin. Iran will not give its military technologies to Lukashenko," Lukashuk emphasized.
