This was announced by the head of the National Police of the Kyiv region, Andrii Nebytov, on Telegram.
"The Russian occupiers brutally tortured a civilian in Nove Zalissya. We found the body next to the former positions of the Russians", he emphasized.
The hands of the deceased were tied with a rope with a fastening through an iron carabiner of the towing cable, which was also wound around the neck of the deceased. Everything indicates that the man was strangled before his death.
"This is the second burial we have found here. A few months ago, the body of a murdered emigrant from Donetsk was found across the road. Another terrible testimony of the war crimes of the aggressors", Andrii Nebytov noted.
