Belarus is Kremlin's bridgehead to threaten Europe - diplomat Bezsmertnyi
Diplomat Roman Bezsmertnyi says that Belarus and Crimea are Russia's bridgeheads, from which to threaten Europe and the entire civilized world
The politician shared the details in the Verdict with Serhii Rudenko program on Espreso TV.
"Today, Belarus is a bridgehead of the Kremlin's threat to primarily the Scandinavian and Baltic states. It is the bridgehead that must be eliminated. Otherwise, regardless of the development of the Russian-Ukrainian war, this bridgehead will pose a threat to Europe", Bezsmertnyi noted.
The diplomat added that for some reason the West is not taking measures to reduce the threat.
"It is strange that in most of the final documents of the NATO summit it was noted that Belarus is a bridgehead for Russia. But when today there is a conversation about the need to put an end to this issue, for some reason, everyone slows down. The West does not realize that such bridgeheads as Crimea and Belarus - these are necessary prerequisites for the Kremlin's capitulation and victory over Russia", Roman Bezsmertnyi noted.
