President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelenskyy said in his video address that since March, 2022, 1,031 people have been released from Russian captivity.

Our prisoners-of-war exchange team works nonstop. The team includes Budanov, Yermak, Usov, Lubinets and others. In total, since March, 1,031 people have already been released from Russian captivity.
