Operational Command South (OC South) shared the story.
"Strawberry, palyanitsa (strawberry is 'polunytsya' in Ukrainian, Russians mispronounce it as 'palyanitsa' - Ed.)... occupation. Difference. In the Kherson region, Russian soldiers, suffering from a lack of logistics, come to the locals and try to get strawberry picking work. Soldiers of the famous 'second army of the world', are ready to lay down arms and pick strawberries as guest workers", the message said.
Russian soldiers offer their services for UAH 50 (not rubles) per hour.
"This is how they study the difference between strawberry, palyanitsa and occupation... The locals note that they behave adequately and work well," the OC South added.
