Russian military equipment, personnel formation leaves Belarus, heads to Rostov district
On February 25, a Russian army formation of military hardware and servicemen left Slonim in Belarus

On February 25, a Russian military echelon was sent from the Slonim station in Belarus to the Matveev-Kurgan station (Rostov Oblast of the Russian Federation, approximately 30 km from the border with Ukraine).
There were 51 wagons in the warehouse which included:
5 passenger wagons (personnel: ≈250 people);
3 covered wagons (equipment);
43 flat wagons.
The estimated date of arrival at the station is March 4.
On February 24, it was found that a Russian military echelon was spotted in Slonim. Among the equipment were KShM R-149BMR Kushetka-B and R-149MA1, 2 KamAZs, a tilting Ural, a fuel truck Ural, and a field command post APE-5 (based on a KamAZ chassis).
"Thus, Russia continues to use the infrastructure of Belarus for the Russian military training. The departure of the Russian military echelon to the combat zone is a clear confirmation of this," the post reads.
The following were withdrawn from Belarus:
Equipment – at least 43 units (yet to be specified);
Personnel – approx. 250 people.

State Border Service head Serhiy Deineko said that Ukraine is better prepared for a possible invasion from Belarus than a year ago. However, there are currently no signs of preparations for an offensive from Belarus.

According to the law, the Ukrainian border with Belarus and Russia will be expanded to two kilometers, the territory will be mined.
