Russian Army military exercises in Belarus extended until March 20 - Belarusian Hajun
Military exercises of the Russian army at training grounds in Belarus have been extended until at least March 20. The exercises were supposed to end on March 13
The monitoring group Belarusian Hajun reported the information.
The group noted that according to the schedules, March 11 to 12 should be a day off for some training grounds, but those where Russian troops are concentrated will "operate without interruption." These are the Asipovichi, Damanava, Lepelski, and Obuz-Liasnouski training grounds.
In total, the exercises have been extended at 8 training grounds.
The monitoring group emphasizes that the exercises have been ongoing since April 29, 2022. The total number of extensions amounted to 46 weeks.
"The Armed Forces of the Republic of Belarus are improving their skills, becoming more prepared for defense, but they are still not ready for offensive actions due to the lack of real combat experience," the report says.
