"There is a disease in Russia. And his name is Vladimir Putin. He is a cancer for Russia and the whole world. This tumor must be cut out. Because nothing good will happen while Putin is in power. This war threatens the whole world, but it is also already destroying Russia - Smart explained.
The political technologist is convinced that after the war with Ukraine, Russia should be demilitarized.
"After this war, Russia faces collapse. The economic situation in Russian Federation is already very difficult. Russian army is almost destroyed. I think that after the war, everything should be done so that Russia no longer threatens neighboring countries. That is, the same as what the allies did in Germany after the Second World War" - he added.
