"The attitude towards the locals is cruel, Russians are frightened and feel in danger, they are trapped, they have nowhere to go. The locals see them swimming across the Dnipro river to the left bank. The water is already cool, and Russians flee without mattresses," Lugova said.
According to her, Russian occupiers are breaking into the homes of locals.
"They look for weapons, ask about partisans and activists. They breake into garages, take cars, load cars with loot, rob homes, continue to terrorize locals," Lugova added.
