EU insists Xi Jinping talks to Zelenskyy
The EU wants the Chinese leader to meet with Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy just as he did with Putin
The Financial Times reported the information.
According to the outlet’s sources in the EU government, the bloc considers it necessary for Xi Jinping to talk to Volodymyr Zelenskyy and insists on such a dialogue.
"We think it's positive that China is at least participating... But I think we're pushing, and we've pushed a lot, that they do it both ways, with Russia, but also with Ukraie," an anonymous official told the FT.

Earlier, President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelenskyy said that he had not received a response to his proposal to meet with Chinese President Xi Jinping. According to him, he also did not receive any response from China to the 10-point "peace formula" proposed by Ukraine.
